It’s Happening (again!) For Just 5 Days
I think you’re going to love this crazy idea.
A short while ago I got a message from a guy named Karol Gajda asking
me to join a unique 5-day tiny house community event called the Tiny
House Living Bundle.
This is actually the 2nd Tiny House Living Bundle. If you were around
last year then you know what an incredible package it was. But this
one is completely different and — to be honest — even better.
So what is it?
The Tiny House Living Bundle includes 31 tiny house related products —
tiny house plans, magazines, how to courses — that usually cost $592
separately. But for 5 days only you can get them all in one package
for just $49. Yes, it’s a little crazy.
Get it here: Tiny House Living Bundle
I’ve even included my own product in the Tiny House Living bundle —
specifically, Tiny House Magazine Issues 13-24 in PDF (normally $55 — so if you buy the
bundle, not only do you get a once-in-a-lifetime deal, but you also
support me, my writing, and the tiny house community.
I’d love to list everything that’s included in the bundle, but the
list is just too long.
Check out the complete list for yourself:Tiny House Living Bundle
Thanks so much!
Kent Griswold
P.S. Yes, this is truly a unique one-time-only event. And it is going
away forever soon. Get it here: Tiny House Living Bundle
Tiny Mountain Houses Can be Constructed in Four Weeks
You don’t have to be located in the mountains to enjoy living in one of these beautiful tiny houses. Tiny Mountain Houses, originally from Salem, Ore. with showrooms in Chehalis, Wash. and Sacramento, Calif., deliver their tiny houses to all 50 states. The company can also construct their homes in less than four weeks.
Tiny Mountain Houses sells 12 tiny house designs—all named after impressive mountain peaks. Each home is crafted to the owner’s specifications and includes both single level and lofted plans. The homes start at around $35,000 and go up to $62,718 depending on the square footage and amenities. The smallest design is the Mount Everest (an inside joke?) at 255 square feet and the largest is the contemporary Grand Teton at 355 square feet.
Buyers can choose from various designs for cabinets, countertops, wood finishes and options like dishwashers and stacked washers and dryers. Kitchens include stoves and under counter refrigerator/freezers. All the homes have bathrooms, electrical and lighting, gas water heaters, and are prepared for propane connections. Many of the homes already have built in desks and cabinets.
Currently, Tiny Mountain Houses is selling a closeout Castle Peak model (featured on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters) for $59,900 which comes with all upgrades, appliances and $4,500 worth of furnishings.
